Welcome to Art of Kae. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and artwork, is the property of Art of Kae or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this site in a way that may cause damage or impair the availability or accessibility of the site, or for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

4. Products and Services

We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

5. Order Processing and Payment

Orders placed through our site are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. We use PayPal as our primary payment processor.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

Products are fulfilled via Printify and shipped in accordance with their policies. Additionally, original paintings and handmade crafts are shipped directly from Kristi Ryan's studio in Maryland, USA. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Art of Kae is not responsible for delays or issues once products have been shipped.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In the case of damage, please provide photo evidence and contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange for a replacement item, repair, or store credit, at our discretion. This applies to both products fulfilled by Printify and items shipped directly from our studio.Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art of Kae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.
